Registration for Vital years is now closed and we look forward to welcoming you all.
Unlike other years where daily attendance at our association conference was possible at the last minute – this year we have had to insist on everyone registering their interest to attend, to enable us to meet the requirements for catering, seating , equipment, workshops etc and to manage this around Glenaeon’s building works program
All registered participants will soon receive an email with workshops and activities and what to bring! Should be a great 4 days !

All VITAL YEARS conference cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing as indicated below. Requests must be sent to the VITAL YEARS conference admin. Requests may be emailed, mailed or faxed (contact information below). Telephone requests will not be honoured.
80% Refunds – before 8 June 2018
To receive an 80% refund, VITAL YEARS conference admin must be received in written requests no later than 8 June 2018.
No Refunds – after 8 June 2018
Requests for refunds after 8 June 2018 will not be eligible for a refund.
Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Refunds may be granted on a case by case basis if an attendee is unable to attend the Conference due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, the VITAL YEARS admin must be contacted by phone or e-mail.
Fees will be refunded as soon as possible and no later three (3) weeks after the conference has concluded.
Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.
